Entrepreneurs and small business owners attending the 8th National Women’s Summit & Expo (NWSE) 2026 are set to benefit from the MTN Impact Session, a specially designed segment aimed at inspiring, connecting and empowering women-led businesses.
The session, organised by Charterhouse Productions in partnership with MTN Ghana, will offer a valuable platform for SMEs, entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners to gain practical insights, expand their networks and explore new opportunities for business growth.
It forms a key component of the National Women’s Summit & Expo—one of Ghana’s leading platforms dedicated to advancing women’s leadership, mentorship, entrepreneurship and intergenerational impact.

The MTN Impact Session has been designed to be both engaging and practical, featuring a range of activities that aim to equip participants with knowledge, connections and opportunities to grow their businesses.
Among the highlights will be a speed networking session, where entrepreneurs will have the chance to connect with industry experts, mentors and fellow business leaders.
Participants will also hear from trailblazing entrepreneur Baaba Ankrah, who will deliver an inspirational talk sharing lessons from her entrepreneurial journey and insights into building resilient and impactful businesses.

Innovation Spotlight: “Adwumapa – Doctor on Call”
A key moment during the session will be the official launch of “Adwumapa – Doctor on Call,” an e-health solution designed to support female entrepreneurs.
The platform will provide women with convenient access to qualified medical professionals, allowing them to consult doctors anytime and from anywhere. The initiative aims to ensure that women prioritise their health even as they work to grow their businesses.
The launch reflects MTN Ghana’s continued commitment to using technology to support entrepreneurship and business development.
Business Pitch Competition
The MTN Impact Session will also host a Business Pitch Competition, where selected entrepreneurs will present their business ideas and innovations.
The initiative is intended to spotlight promising women-led enterprises while encouraging creativity, innovation and business excellence.
