Absa Bank Ghana has ushered in the Christmas season with its Nine Lessons and Carols service, bringing together management, staff, customers, and invited guests to reflect on the values of gratitude, unity, and goodwill.
The service formed part of the bank’s end-of-year activities and provided an opportunity to thank customers for their loyalty and trust in the Absa brand throughout the year.
Speaking to Joy Business, Marketing and Corporate Affairs Director of Absa Bank Ghana, Nana Essilfuah Tamakloe, expressed appreciation to customers for their continued support, noting that their confidence in the bank remains central to its operations.
According to her, “just like all organizations, all Ghanaians, it’s been a demanding year and we have finally come to the end of it. We have prevailed and it’s the reason for the season. I think it’s important to always acknowledge that without the customers we have no business so I’m just grateful that we’ve come to the end of the year and our customers have walked this journey with us and we are happy that we are clocking the year and with.”
She reaffirmed Absa Bank’s commitment to delivering excellent and intentional service, assuring customers of improved, customer-focused solutions in the year ahead.
“We are about 23 banks and we are all given practically about the same products and services. The real difference is the service, the experience we give to our clients through the products that they need and how we design it. We solution it to them with our customers in mind. We believe that our client story matters to us and therefore we constantly ensure that we are providing solutions to what they actually need so that they can get the best of experience from us as their financial partner,” she stated.
The Nine Lessons and Carols service featured scripture readings, carol performances, and prayers, reinforcing messages of hope, reflection, and thanksgiving as the year draws to a close.
