The Acting Director-General of the National Service Authority (NSA), Felix Gyamfi, has moved to the Ministry of Finance with immediate effect.
The reassignment comes less than seven months after his appointment in January 2025, stirring questions within public sector circles about the abrupt change.
Although government has not provided an official explanation, sources at the Jubilee House indicate that the move forms part of a broader reshuffle designed to align key personnel with economic management priorities.
Myjoyonline.com has also learnt that delays in posting new National Service Personnel partly influenced the decision.
President John Dramani Mahama appointed Felix Gyamfi as the Acting Director-General of the National Service Authority (NSA), with effect from 22nd January 2025.
Mr Gyamfi’s appointment was made in an official letter signed by Callistus Mahama, Secretary to President John Dramani Mahama.
The appointment was made in accordance with Article 195(1) of the Constitution and the National Service Authority Act, 2024 (Act 1119).
