
Coffee Federation Ghana, an umbrella body for coffee farmers in Ghana, has organised a coffee beverage exhibition termed Ghana Coffee Festival at the Nyaniba Market at Osu in Accra.

The event, which brought together the entire value chain, created a one-stop platform for coffee enthusiasts, coffee processors, coffee farmers, agricultural researchers, and food scientists.
It is a testament to the country’s growing coffee industry, showcasing significant value-added innovation and creativity, and also highlights the best of Ghana’s coffee.

There was an impressive display of a wide range of value-added coffee products, including the latest innovations and creativity in the coffee industry, which include coffee cocktails, coffee wines, mushroom coffee wines, coffee chocolates, coffee porridge, and coffee toffees.

The festival promoted Ghanaian coffee globally, fostering growth and development.
It was a celebration of Ghana’s rich coffee culture and the people behind it, featuring live music and a free tasting of delicious coffee.

Some of the top coffee processors at the event were Fortune Coffee, James Town Coffee, Magnifico, Kawamuka, and Gold Coast Coffee.

Dr. Fortune Agbley, CEO of Fortune Coffee, took the opportunity to share the numerous benefits of coffee, highlighting its potential to boost energy, improve mental focus, and even contribute to a healthier lifestyle.

The festival also provided a platform for coffee farmers to connect with processors, researchers, and other stakeholders, fostering discussions on ways to improve coffee production, quality, and marketing.
