Government’s “Big Push” Programme Prioritises Quality, Efficiency, and Value for Money – Minister Agbodza

The Minister for Roads and Highways, Kwame Agbodza, has stressed that the government’s “Big Push” infrastructure programme is guided by precision, quality, speed, and ensuring value for money.

Speaking on the initiative’s objectives, Mr. Agbodza said the programme aims to deliver projects efficiently while upholding high construction standards, ensuring that public funds are spent effectively.

He highlighted that beyond building roads, the programme focuses on measures that guarantee durability, safety, and long-term benefits for communities across the country.

According to Mr. Agbodza, the Big Push also seeks to strengthen local capacity and promote accountability, ensuring that every infrastructure investment delivers tangible value for the Ghanaian people.
