MultiPro Ghana Pays Courtesy Call on Chief Imam During Ramadan

As part of its 2026 Ramadan activities, MultiPro Private Limited has paid a courtesy call on Ghana’s National Chief Imam, Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu.

MultiPro Ghana, distributors of household brands such as Indomie Instant Noodles, Kellogg’s Cornflakes and Cocopops, Minimie Atsomo, Add Me Groundnut Paste and Munch It Snacks, said the visit was a show of solidarity and appreciation to the Muslim community — particularly Zongo communities — during the holy month of Ramadan.

The delegation, made up of members of the company’s top management, was received at the residence of the Chief Imam alongside other Islamic leaders and dignitaries.

As part of the engagement, MultiPro Ghana donated assorted food products, including Indomie Instant Noodles, Kellogg’s Cornflakes and Cocopops, Minimie Atsomo, Add Me Groundnut Paste and Munch It Snacks. The items are intended to support Muslim families during Suhoor, the pre-dawn meal, and Iftar, the breaking of the fast — moments when accessible and nourishing meals are especially important.

According to the company, the gesture is aimed at easing the burden on families during the fasting period while reinforcing the spirit of unity and compassion that defines Ramadan.

Speaking during the visit, Jessica Quaynor, Category Brand Manager for the Noodles Category, said Ramadan is a season that reflects shared values.

“Ramadan is a time of reflection, unity and compassion. We understand that balanced nutrition is essential, especially during the fasting period. As a company serving millions of Ghanaian households across different food categories, we remain committed to supporting families with convenient nutrition while respecting the faith and values that guide this holy season,” she said.

“Today’s visit is a symbol of our respect and solidarity with the Muslim community, who have supported our business for generations”, she added.

The courtesy call marks the beginning of MultiPro Ghana’s broader Ramadan engagement. Following the visit, the company will be directly reaching about 24,000 Muslims across 65 Iftar mosques engagements throughout the country by serving them with hot nutritious Indomie Instant Noodles which are enriched with essential vitamins and minerals, bringing togetherness and nutrition to more communities.
