QNET clarifies misrepresentation in recent Immigration Service repatriation case

QNET, a global lifestyle and wellness company, has taken note of the recent statement by the Ghana Immigration Service regarding the interception and repatriation of 55 Burkinabe nationals in Tamale.

While some of these individuals were reportedly linked to fraudulent schemes misusing the names of direct selling companies such as NEOLIFE and QNET, we wish to categorically clarify that QNET is not involved in these activities and does not condone any such misconduct.

QNET operates as a legitimate e-commerce-based direct selling company, providing individuals with the opportunity to purchase and distribute certified lifestyle and wellness products. We do not offer jobs, visas, or overseas migration opportunities, and any person or group making such claims under QNET’s name is acting without authorization and in violation of our strict ethical standards.

“We commend the swift action of the Ghana Immigration Service in protecting vulnerable individuals from exploitation. QNET remains committed to cooperating with the Ghana Immigration Services and other authorities to identify and prevent fraudulent activities that misuse our identity, and had has been in contact with the Burkina Faso Embassy in Ghana to identify and rescue its nationals being exploited in the country by unscrupulous actors” said Biram Fall, Regional General Manager of QNET Sub-Saharan Africa.

QNET has consistently strengthened its compliance and enforcement mechanisms in West Africa, including taking 298 disciplinary actions against distributors misrepresenting our business in 2024 alone, and filed 34 complaints in 2025.

In addition, our ongoing QNET Against Scams campaign raises public awareness about fraudulent schemes that exploit QNET’s name across West Africa.

QNET has signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU with the Economic and Organised Crime Office, EOCO to embark on a media and public education roadshow across the country in a joint effort to combat misrepresentation, misinformation and fraudulent activities.

We urge the public to remain vigilant, verify the legitimacy of any opportunity claiming affiliation with QNET, and report suspicious activities through our official Compliance Hotline via WhatsApp +233 2566 30005 or email network.integrity@qnet.net.
