Prudential Bank Limited has joined Ghanaians nationwide in celebrating Ghana Month, honouring the nation’s rich culture, heritage, and identity across all its branches.
Observed every March, Ghana Month encourages citizens and institutions to reflect on the country’s history, commemorate its independence, and showcase the cultural diversity that unites the nation.

At PBL, staff have fully embraced the spirit of Ghana Month, donning colourful kente, wax prints, smocks, and other traditional attire throughout the month. Branches have been transformed into vibrant showcases of Ghanaian culture.
Speaking on the celebration, Acting Managing Director Ebow Quayson emphasized the importance of national pride and identity.
“Ghana Month reminds us of who we are as a people. As a proud indigenous bank, we are honoured to celebrate our heritage while strengthening our connection with the communities we serve,” he said. He added that PBL is committed to promoting Ghanaian culture through local initiatives and homegrown digital solutions that serve customers around the clock.
Head of Human Resources Lillian A. Asante also praised staff enthusiasm. “Our employees have shown incredible energy. From the colourful outfits to the Independence Day excitement, it has been heartwarming to see colleagues come together to celebrate our shared heritage,” she said.

Staff across the bank expressed their enthusiasm, saying the Ghana Month celebration has created lasting memories and enhanced customer engagement.
