Interior Ministry Sets April 7 for Medical Screening of Security Service Applicants

The Ministry of the Interior has announced that medical screenings for applicants in its ongoing recruitment exercise will begin on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at designated centres nationwide.

In a statement, the Ministry said official SMS notifications to shortlisted candidates will be sent between Sunday, March 29, and Tuesday, March 31, 2026, giving successful applicants just over a week to prepare for the screening.

The Ministry stressed that all official communications will come exclusively from the authorised sender ID “CSERP”, urging applicants to ignore messages from any other sources.

“Applicants are advised to note that all messages regarding the screening will be sent solely from the authorised sender ID, ‘CSERP,’” the statement said.

The Ministry also outlined the next steps for applicants. Those selected for medical screening will see their status on the online portal change from “Qualified” to “Medical Screening” before making any payments.

All payments must be made only through the secure web checkout system on the portal, the Ministry cautioned, as part of measures to prevent fraud.

This recruitment exercise, managed by the Ministry of the Interior, covers various security services under its supervision.
