Environmental officers, personnel from the police Criminal Investigations Department (CID), and family members have exhumed the body of the late Prophetess Esther Olabisi, 80, at Twifo Nuamakrom in the Twifo Atti-Morkwa District of the Central Region.

The late prophetess, founder of the Miracle Prayer Healing Centre, was reportedly buried in a bedroom of her residence by her husband, Kweku Charles, six months ago after she passed away following a prolonged illness.

The exhumation was carried out by officials from the Twifo Atti-Morkwa District Environmental Health Unit in collaboration with the police CID and family representatives.

The body has since been transferred to the Twifo Nuamakrom cemetery for further handling.
Kweku Charles is currently in police custody, while investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the burial and subsequent exhumation.
