Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital Applauds Dormaahene, Queen Mother and Partners for Boosting Infrastructure and Healthcare Delivery

The Management of Dormaa Ahenkro Presbyterian Hospital has expressed deep appreciation to the Dormaahene, Osagyefo Oseadeayo Dr Agyemang Badu II, and the Dormaa Queen Mother, Odeneho Dr Akosua Fima Dwaben II, for their continued support towards the hospital’s development.

Speaking on behalf of the management, the hospital’s Public Relations Officer, Emmanuel Baah Yeboah, said the facility remains grateful to all individuals and partners who have contributed in various ways to its growth.

He singled out the Dormaa Traditional Council, led by the Paramount Chief and the Queen Mother, for their key role in supporting the construction of a two-storey ultramodern emergency ward currently underway.

According to him, the Dormaahene has also made significant donations to the hospital, including 200 beds and 200 mattresses, which have helped ease pressure on the facility’s resources and improve patient care.

Mr Yeboah further noted that proceeds from the hospital’s recent 70th anniversary celebration have been channelled into the construction of a new Outpatient Department (OPD). The project is expected to include a pharmacy, consulting rooms and other essential units aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery.

He appealed to philanthropists and well-meaning Ghanaians to continue supporting the hospital’s expansion efforts. He also urged individuals and organisations who have made pledges to honour their commitments to help drive the facility’s ongoing projects forward.
