Health Ministry sets validation rules for recruitment, prioritises 2021 batch nurses and midwives

The Ministry of Health has directed qualified health professionals applying for recruitment into the public sector to validate their eligibility as part of the posting process.

In a notice issued on Wednesday, April 15, the Ministry said all applicants must verify their status through its official recruitment portal before progressing to the next stage.

According to the Ministry, candidates are required to log in using their verified PIN or index number to confirm whether they are in good standing with their respective professional councils.

It explained that the validation exercise is a key step to ensure only eligible applicants move forward in the recruitment process.

The Ministry also noted that, in the case of nurses and midwives, priority will be given to the 2021 batch during postings.

Applicants have been urged to strictly adhere to the timelines provided to avoid delays or possible disqualification.

For further assistance, the Ministry encouraged candidates to use designated contact channels for clarification, stressing the need to complete the process within the stipulated period.
