The Chief Executive Officer of Paul Gee Companies, Mr. Paul Bawuah, popularly known as Director Paul Gee, has donated 20 ultramodern visitors’ chairs and two blood pressure machines to the Wassa Akropong Government Hospital as part of activities marking his birthday celebration.
The items were presented to the hospital management during a brief ceremony attended by local dignitaries, hospital staff and representatives of the Paul Gee Group of Companies.
Speaking at the event, Director Paul Gee said the donation formed part of his commitment to giving back to society and supporting healthcare delivery within the community. He expressed hope that the items would help improve patient care and comfort at the facility.
He also disclosed that the company is currently undertaking another healthcare support project at the Wassa Saamang community, where the Saamang Health Centre is undergoing renovation. According to him, the project will include the replacement of equipment, medical machines and other essential tools at the facility.
The ceremony was attended by the Assembly Member for the Wassa Saamang Electoral Area, Hon. Isaac Yaw Boafo, the Chairman Pastor and other management members of the Paul Gee Group of Companies.
Hospital authorities, who received the items, commended the gesture and noted that the support came at a crucial time when the hospital continues to face several challenges.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the hospital, the Nurse Manager, Mrs. Gifty Atsu, expressed appreciation to Director Paul Gee and his company for the kind support. She stated that the chairs and blood pressure machines would greatly enhance healthcare delivery and improve the comfort of patients and visitors.

Some pregnant women and patients who were already using the newly donated chairs also expressed gratitude to the businessman for the thoughtful gesture and prayed for God’s blessings upon his life and business.
The Wassa Akropong Government Hospital serves residents within the area and surrounding communities, and the donation is expected to significantly improve conditions at the facility.
